In 1989, Costa Rica became the only country in the world to legally ban low-quality coffee production.
Sitting between two oceans, at elevation, in volcanic soil, the Central Valley of Costa Rica, Tarrazú, has the perfect conditions for growing coffee.
Every harvest is hand-picked because the elevation means cherries ripen unevenly, and you have to know which ones are ready.
That kind of patience isn’t taught in a course. It’s earned over decades on the same land.
There are disciplines that can’t be faked. You can’t buy the result. You can only show up, consistently, in the right conditions and trust the process.

How long does shipping usually take?
The Single Origin World Tour drops are modelled on the sustainability and eco-friendly nature of the modern coffee industry, with all orders placed as a pre-order and production starting immediately following the closure of the drop window.
Production timeline is approx. 4 weeks at which point all orders will be packaged and shipped to the C&K family around the world.
